• Official high school graduation Certificate

• Official high school academic transcripts

• Official language proficiency test scores

• Copy of applicant’s passport

• Copy of applicant’s alien registration card (front and back)

• Copy of applicant’s ID and copy of both parent’s ID

• Immigration certification(Applicant)

• Family Relations Certificate or Birth Certificate

• Bank certificate of deposit balance with at least USD $ 20,000 under applicant’s or parents’ name

• Financial guarantor’s business license or proof of enrollment

• First-class medical certificate
